Peggy Gryko

Peggy has spent more than 40+ years practicing in the areas of labor and employment law. Most of those years she worked in-house for companies with a large national and some international presence. She is a graduate of Buffalo State University (BA in Political Science) and the University of Buffalo School of Law (JD) and a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Peggy is a Past President of the University of Buffalo Law School Alumni Association and the Niagara Frontier Corporate Counsel Association. 

Peggy’s experience working in-house for employers has led her to believe that employers will do the right thing for their employees if they are given the resources. She hopes that belief will assist the HRC. 

After spending her entire life living and working in Buffalo, New York, Peggy relocated to Ithaca four years ago to be nearer family. Peggy and her husband have felt embraced by our new hometown.
